I have to admit that I wasn’t mad about the flowchart design on the homepage or the animated banner. However, Max Magnus‘ artistic passion is something that cannot be ignored and this blog showcases some weirdly wonderful visuals all the same.

Again, the original but rather pesky flowchart design of this bi-lingual blog, which is meant to help navigate you through the site- confused me even more. I also encountered some loading problems which was probably due to all the large images everywhere.
Reading Enjoyment – 8
This is the stuff of fantasy novellas and Magnus does a marvellous job of making even the most mundane daily activities have an element of excitement, mystery and again- strangeness. I especially enjoyed reading about his run-in with the druid at his favorite supermarket.

If you’re a fan of his art, well you’ve obviously hit the jackpot. But even those who aren’t are bound to find some interesting bits and pieces, which will be something you won’t find anywhere else on the web.

To be honest, I found his work rather disturbing. And although I won’t be hanging his paintings in my living room, I will be bookmarking this site as not only is it one of the most original out there, but his “Illustrated Sexy Adventures” admittedly make a strangely addictive read!
