La Belle Saison

La Belle Saison
Princesse Ecossaise, the writer behind La Belle Saison, is a Scottish girl who spends half her time in France with her boyfriend and the other half in her homeland. She shares her experiences through her blog, La Belle Saison, which, when I translated online means The Beautiful Season in English.

Visual Aesthetics – 10
I have to say, La Belle Saison is quite pretty. Despite pink being the most outstanding color (I know, I am not really into pink), the other visual elements blend together well. Expect a lot of pictures and videos to add to your viewing pleasure as well.

User Friendliness – 8
There are only two columns, which simplify things. The entries are on the left while the links are on the right. Easy navigation here. The videos really did take forever to load, though.

Reading Enjoyment – 8
Despite not knowing anything about Princesse Ecossaise when I stumbled upon the blog, I found myself chuckling at some of her entries. Her videos are quite entertaining as well.

Useful Info – 8
There are some useful insights in La Belle Saison though there isn’t a lot by way of practical information.

Overall Experience – 8
I had fun reading through the blog. I am sure that people who know Princesse Ecossaise can relate better as it is a personal blog. Thumbs up for this personal journal!
