Cue Music- Pussycat Dolls: “Don’t you wish your girlfriend was HOT like me?….” The opening soundtrack is followed by a confession of “I’m not mad. I just hate being normal, too normal..” In that aspect, this author definitely scores. A beautiful contradiction: sugary-sweet and angsty-bitchy. Serious material for MTV Punk’d. Move over Avril Lavigne.

The images, graphics and design work well for the beautifully dark feel of this blog. No cute, cuddly kittens or puppies here. Good thing too because we’ve had too much of that.

The somewhat tormented ramblings of this Malaysian teen (not sure about this, but the prevailing theme of crushes, romance and Linkin Park suggest it) make for an interesting enough read. And if I ever do happen to be in KL, at least I know which “fish and chip” establishments to try out.

If you’re planning to buy the complete dvd set of CSI, this is the site for you. Unfortunately, there’s not much info after the CSI talk but the other entries are entertaining enough to make up for the lack of how to’s and where to’s.

Remember that scene in Notting Hill where Hugh Grant says “Surreal but nice..”? Well, this site offers the same pleasure, though the exact words should be “Disturbing but beautiful“. The author hit it right by proclaiming herself beautifully broken.
