ADHD & LD Resource Blog
The ADHD & LD Resource Blog is a blog born out of a mother’s experience with her own child who has ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) and 3 learning disabilities. In her search for more information about her son’s condition, Shane, was able to get together a large amount of data regarding these conditions and she wishes to share what she has learned with other people who may be in the same position.
Visual Aesthetics – 9
The blog has a very simple theme and yet is able to capture one’s visual attention as well. With a light blue header and black text on a white background, it gives you the idea that this is a serious blog with a warm side to it. The content is in the middle of the page, divided into two columns. The left column has the blog posts with numerous pictures to emphasize the content while the right column contains the links to countless resources. Despite the wealth of information to be had in this blog, it manages not to be overwhelmed with clutter.
User Friendliness – 10
It is very easy to find your way around this blog. Blog entries contain a lot of information and yet provides the readers with the relevant links (within the posts) so that they don’t have to search for the information themselves. Other resources are categorized cleanly on the right column so that they are easy to find as well. The pages load fast, with almost no waiting time.

Given the fact that this blog has a serious tone, you cannot really expect a lot of humor from the posts. Yet the posts are well-written, making it easy for readers to understand and appreciate them.
