Strips Of My Life is the personal blog of Terence Lee, a pilot from Malaysia. Just like most personal blogs, he writes about his thoughts and experiences and shares them with his readers.

Visual Aesthetics – 9
I really like the color scheme of Strips Of My Life. The layout of the blog is very pleasing to the eyes as well with three columns that are visually appealing. The only thing that didn’t really appeal to me is the way the photos were interspersed with the text in the main blog entries. Many of the posts are quite long as well, making reading a tedious task at times.

User Friendliness – 7
I wish that the blog’s main page had a section for the archives. The presence of a search function and a well-organized categories section kind of makes up for that. The biggest problem I had with Strips Of My Life is the fact that the many of the posts are long blocks of text, especially the informative ones. More so, these posts didn’t include links to other relevant sites, which could have provided me with further information.

Reading Enjoyment – 8
There are some really interesting posts in Strips Of My Life. I find the writing style a bit lacking in wit, though. It is not something that I would recommend for light reading.

Useful Info – 9
There are some very useful posts in the pages of Strips Of My Life. I particularly like Terence’s posts on health and book reviews. Some of the posts do not catch my interest at all, though.

Overall Experience – 8
Strips Of My Life could use some work on the layout and linking. The content is something that not everyone will find interesting in general but there are a couple of posts that are really worth reading.
