After a lot of thinking and rejected about the blog intros Nicholas settled with the following to describe his blog. I settle with it too.

Visual Aesthetics – 9
The blog looks is uncluttered and has plenty of beautiful images thanks to Nicholas’ penchant for taking pictures. The header is plain though not really bad. The Google ads at the top of the page takes away from the blog’s beauty. It might look better located at the sidebar or on the bottom of the first post.
User Friendliness – 10
Positives: Fast loading time. Highly readable text. Distinct and working links. Organized sidebar. Tagboard. Negatives: None.
Reading Enjoyment – 7
Nicholas is correct when he said that he needed to work on his English. But since he IS working hard on it I wouldn’t blast him about it but commend him for trying. It DOES retract from one’s reading enjoyment though and sometimes makes it a little difficult to understand what he really wants to say. For the most part though you can understand his stories and some are really funny (like the time he got caught “cheating”…I hope he was cleared of that). The photos are real highlight of this blog.

Like most personal blogs you can get bits of useful information here and there.
Overall Experience – 8
The writing isn’t good but since the author is still a student you can expect it to improve in a few years. If you can’t stand to read the posts the blog is still worth visiting if only of the pictures. Nicholas might not turn out to be a writer but he sure could become a professional photographer.
