The Ohio Nature Blog
Ecologist Tom Arbour shares his pictures and observations of his wonderful surroundings in Ohio. This blog is all about the flora and fauna that could be found in this State.

Visual Aesthetics – 10
I like the color scheme, of which brown is the predominant color. It is understated and very representative of nature. The Ohio Nature Blog is very rich in eye candy, especially for those who are into nature.

User Friendliness – 9
The only problem I encountered was that the pages took a little bit of time to load – a small price to pay for the pictures that you will eventually see. The blog is well organized, with links to archives and an extensive category list that makes it easy for readers to look for specific posts.

Reading Enjoyment – 10
Tom writes like an academic but manages to make his posts interesting. Of course, the images help a lot as well.

Useful Info – 10
Naturalists and environmentalists – or anyone into nature – will find a lot of useful information in The Ohio Nature Blog. It definitely caters to its target readers.

Overall Experience – 9
Very nice, that’s all I can say. Bookmark this blog if you want to see more pictures and find out about the ecology of Ohio.
