Visual Aesthetics – 7
I love the header of Apartment New York City – it seems to fit the theme of the blog perfectly! However, the rest of the blog seems to be lacking sorely in the visual aspect. The color theme, which is gray, is good, but the fonts which are light and really small do not add to the attractiveness of the blog. The formatting also takes away from the visual experience. I could do with less intrusive ads, for one, and more relevant photos would be nice.

User Friendliness – 8
There is not that much content in terms of blog posts so it should not be that hard to move around the site. However, I think that the archives and labels could be found in a better location so as to assist readers more. Also, the ads and formatting also make for more scrolling on the reader’s part. This aspect could use some work as well.

Reading Enjoyment – 9
The site is more for informative purposes than to amuse anyone but it generally has well-written posts that make for an easy read. However, there were some posts which I could not understand due to abbreviations. Now I understand the need for such abbreviations in the classifieds but the blog is not really short on space so I think it would be much better for the words to be spelled out.

Useful Info – 10
This is the strongest point of Apartment New York City. There is a lot of useful information to be found here. From free events in NYC to cheap housing to recipes – one can find them in the blog.

Overall Experience - 8
I admire the concept of the Apartment New York City. It could just use some tweaking as detailed above, in order to make it more attractive and easier to use.

The overall look of the blog is very simplistic and yet packs in a lot of information. The pictures of the houses and properties are very tastefully presented.

User Friendliness – 10
I had no problems loading the pages and navigating the blog. Despite being a promotional blog of sorts, Brampton Real Estate Blog does not really overwhelm its readers.

Reading Enjoyment – 10
I am not about to buy a piece of property in Brampton as I do not live anywhere near it but I had quite an enjoyable experience browsing Brampton Real Estate Blog. The posts are well-written and does not reek of flashy sales. The photos provided complement the text.

Useful Info – 10
For the target audience, Brampton Real Estate Blog packs in a LOT of useful information. It does not talk about property for sale only but other practical information about homes as well.

Brampton Real Estate Blog is a real gem in the blogosphere. It has a particular audience in mind and caters to that audience’s needs very appropriately.
