Treovr loads up pretty quickly, despite the amount of images contained in its pages. I don’t know if this will remain the same if more content is added, though. The archives are grouped according to general categories – they could be more specific for easier navigation. This will come in handy when more content is added.

Readers will definitely find Treovr a joy to read – or look at. The images are not your run-of-the-mill content you can find everywhere. Still, it would be good to have some text to accompany the images.

There isn’t much “practical” info in the pages of Treovr, but if all you need is to find unique stuff about art, science, and music – this is a pretty good blog to visit.

Treovr is still a “baby” and with a few tweaks here and there, this blog can go a long way. If I were you, I’d keep my eyes on this one.

Decipher The Day is full of eye candy. From fish eye lens photos to doodles and sketches, this blog gives you a lot to stare at. I really like how simple the template is, making you focus on the works of art presented in the posts. Well done!

Despite the large amount of graphics, I did not have problems with the load times of the pages. It is also easy to browse the posts in the blog because of the accessible links to the archives. I would love to see a category cloud or something similar, though, to make it easier to find posts on a specific topic.

I loved reading through the posts of Decipher The Day. Aside from the visual elements, the posts contain text as well. The text is simply written, making for a relaxing read.

There isn’t much by way of practical information in Decipher The Day although there is a post or two where you can pick up ideas (such as the latest one about this Aussie croc guy). Still, it does not mean that it’s not a pleasure to read the posts.

I’d say that Decipher The Day is a good blog to visit if you are looking for an easy read. The photos and doodles alone make a visit very much worthwhile!

The visuals of Covered In Crafts live up to my every expectation. I am not gifted with this talent but I do know what to expect from someone who is – and Covered In Crafts just looks beautiful. From the overall design to the individual posts, you will have a wonderful viewing experience.

Although it is not hard to get around the blog, I would have preferred an archives section which presents the blog posts in chronological order. I also had a bit of trouble with load time – perhaps because of the slideshow in the right column?

Reading Enjoyment – 10
You can learn so much from the posts in Covered In Crafts and while you are at it, you find yourself enjoying the writing as well. And yes, having all that eye candy to look at simply adds to the enjoyment.

As I mentioned in the previous section, Covered In Crafts is full of useful ideas which anyone can use – even myself included. The blogger also gives away stuff from time to time so make sure that you follow the instructions to get some swag!

THE imadeit SHOP is a very user friendly blog – all the relevant links can be found in the right column and within the posts as well. You will not get lost navigating this blog and you will also find additional information with the click of the mouse. Oh, and pages load up very quickly.

I am one of those people who were not blessed with much creativity and perhaps this is why I appreciated THE imadeit SHOP a lot as I went through their posts. The ideas are presented simply and make you want to be able to do something similar!

From the header to the individual posts, Murderama Blog is full of visuals – and rightly so, the blog being a sort of online gallery. The artwork is very vivid and some quite disturbing (at least for me). That is not to say that the talent of the artist is lacking in anyway. The experience is very visually stimulating.

Despite the large amount of visuals, the pages of the blog loaded up very quickly for me. The relevant links – categories, blogroll, etc. – can be found in the right column. I would love for an archives section to be included, though, to make it easier to browse by date.

There isn’t really much to read in this blog as it is primarily a photo blog of the artist’s work. That doesn’t take away from the viewing pleasure but it would be good to have a short description or background of the paintings.

Catering to a very specific audience, Murderama Blog gets full points in this category as it achieves it goal showcasing the artwork that is for sale.

This is a very good blog to visit if you are interested in the artwork of Mike Larsson. I have to warn you – don’t expect conventional art. For those looking for an example or an inspiration, you just might find it in this blog.

Being a design blog, Jessica’s Design Shop meets visual expectations. The theme is dark blue with some splashes of white. The effect is actually very pleasant to eyes, without the flashiness that some design blogs tend to have. There are a lot of visual elements in the posts, showing what the blogger is capable of.

User Friendliness – 10
Jessica’s Design Shop is very user friendly. The links to the archives, categories, and other blogs are all neatly arranged in the left column. More so, despite the large amount of pictures found in the blog, the load times are very reasonable.

Reading Enjoyment – 10
Jessica engages her readers with both her descriptions and pictures. I particularly enjoyed posts on buildings and spaces, wherein she shared some of her insights. Though it was not her work that was showcased in those posts, I enjoyed reading what she thought about them.

The visuals of Eco Salon are excellent. The blend of light green and salmon pink is surprisingly pleasing to the eyes. More so, the posts are well-complemented with relevant images and the general layout is very coherent.

The home page of Eco Salon is well-organized, making sure that readers will find it easy to find what they want. There is also a search function that enables readers to enter keywords. Other features that make it easy for readers include links within the entries themselves, related posts at the bottom of each entry, and popular posts in the right column. One thing I did not find was an archives section.

I had a grand time reading the entries at Eco Salon. They are all well-written and very informative. Even those who are not very conscious about the environment would be able to glean some practical tips from the blog.

Frankly, I was disappointed with the visuals. When I read the submission e-mail, I was hoping for more stimulating pictures and a better layout. For a blog focusing on art, Digital Art fails to impress.

Being a visual blog, there isn’t much to read in Digital Art. The artwork should have been enough to give enjoyment to readers but what is there isn’t really that visually pleasing.

I like anime but am not hardcore – I didn’t know much about what the entries talk about but I enjoyed browsing through them. Fancy that, there is even a main character in True Tears that bears the same name as I do!

I don’t know about the usefulness of the information that you can find in THAT. Perhaps if you are really into anime, you would pick up a lot of useful stuff but I find it more of an enjoyable read than an informational read.
