Visual Aesthetics - 8
This is perhaps the point in which The Bob Files can use most work. The overall look of the blog is alright - it is clean and neat, with not much space wasted. However, it could use some additional visual elements that can provide some eye candy. Do take note that I am talking about the main blog entries - there are enough graphics in his other pages.
User Friendliness - 10
The Bob Files scores perfectly in this area as there simply is nothing to complain about. The 3-column template contains everything you need to navigate the entire blog. There are also no problems with load time.
Reading Enjoyment - 10
Bob is one talented writer. Despite the fact that the first time I heard of him was when I read his submission e-mail, I found myself breezing through his posts and enjoying what I was reading. Go check out his About Me page and you’ll see what I am talking about.
Useful Info - 10
This blog has tons of content - from text to art. I have to say that I have not been able to see everything but from what I have experienced, this is one blog from which you can get a lot of useful information.
Overall Experience - 9
The Bob Files is one blog that I would not mind bookmarking and visiting every so often. It is frequently updated with enjoyable and useful content - highly recommended!
